At MorningSide we are driven by core values including respect, trust, and compassion. For example, our management believes core values such as respect show in our decision not to segregate our assisted living residents. Each resident maintains their own home apartment and the care, as needed, is brought to where they reside.

Regency Senior Living, located in Chattanooga, Tennessee owns MorningSide of College Park. Our beautiful building was built in 1986 and the quality construction of that era shows in the fine details of each apartment and the common areas. The building was completely updated in 2007 with new carpeting, furnishings and wall décor. A new sprinkling system is being installed in 2008 to further increase the safety of each person in residence. This community, located on lovely landscaped acres with a center court gazebo and with stunning views of the Pyramids is ideally situated near shopping, St.Vincent’s Hospital, and other Indianapolis amenities. Offering elegant living in comfortable surroundings, MorningSide provides a balanced blend of independence, comfort and security.
